ARRIVAL
Your property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival.
This apartment is accessed via 2 key codes which will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
For your convenience, our Quick & Easy Check In allows you to go straight to your accommodation without having to check in at reception. Please go to your account page http://discoveryaccommodation.eu/club.asp and enter your pin. Swimming sessions can be also be booked here.
If arriving after 5pm please call to arrange alternative access.
Luggage can be unloaded at the front, or side of the property.
RECEPTION
Reception is situated on Silver Street which is approximately a 1 minute car journey or a 2 minute walk from Well Close Square and is open from 8am-5pm (seasonal variable).
Reception consists of a welcome area with two sofas, 2 chairs and a coffee table.
Trained staff are available to answer any queries that you may have.
ENTRANCE
Entrance is through a glass door, next to a large glass window. The door is 73cm wide. The keypad is located 137cm from the floor and the handle 110cm.
On approach to the door there is a small paved ramp and 1 step, 20 cm, H.
All 3 rooms are situated at the top of the L shaped staircase, the staircase is 73cm at its narrowest point and has 12 steps.
Banks
Banks is situated on the left, at the top of the stairs.
APARTMENT ENTRANCE
The entrance door to Banks, 86cm W, has a key code lock handle at 98cm H.
BEDROOM
Bedroom door, 72cm W with a handle at 98cm H.

There are shops on Skinner Street which runs parallel to Silver Street which include an off-license and a number of shops.
It is approximately 400 metres to the town centre. Please be advised that there is a steep hill.
PUBLIC AND LOCAL TRANSPORT
The bus station and railway station are only a short distance away
(approximately 5-10 minutes) and there are also a taxi rank near the Tourist Information point.
