Arriving at the property:
The property is approached via Royal Crescent a 2 way road with parking on both sides. There is a large sign adjacent to the front door. “Royal Discovery No 5”
You can parking on the Crescent using a time clock for 3 hrs or a Visitors Permit for 2 days or multiples thereof.
Parking Permits are sold in our reception via a contactless payment vending machine, only available during opening hours.
There are also other pay and display paring options close by.
From the pavement there is a small lip 50mm up to the path which ramps down to the right leading to the apartment 1000W x 12600L.
The apartment door is 780w opened with a digital key pad, the door opens directly in to a vestibule 1300w x 2000L. The hall leads directly to the lounge.
The kitchen is set off to the side of the lounge, a door leads in to a hall which serves the shower room and twin bedroom, the double bedroom is internal and entered via French doors from the lounge.
