Arriving at the property:
The property is approached via Royal Crescent a 2 way road with parking on both sides. There is a large sign adjacent to the front door. “Royal Discovery No 5”
You can parking on the Crescent using a time clock for 3 hrs or a Visitors Permit for 2 days or multiples thereof.
Parking Permits are sold in our reception via a contactless payment vending machine, only available during opening hours.
There are also other pay and display paring options close by.
From the pavement there is a small lip 50mm up to the path 1800W x 4600L unto 5 steps 170h x 1800d with handrail, top landing 800w, step up 180h at door.
Entrance door is 940w and unlocked via a digital key pad 1550h, leading to vestibule 1300 x 1300 and inner door 900w also opened with digital key pad.
Entrance hall 1500w x 5800L leading to stairs 170r x 240t with handrail there are 58 steps to apartment door.
The apartment door is 780w opened with a digital key pad, the door opens directly on to stairs. The stairs are 850w with 15 steps of 200 rise of which the top and bottom are winders, there is a handrail.
